I'm a hands-on HSE professional with over 15 years' frontline experience in high-risk energy environments — onshore, offshore, upstream, and downstream.
I've held senior roles with leading operators and contractors including ConocoPhillips, Santos, Origin Energy, Epic Energy, Savanna Energy, Drillsearch, and ADZ Energy — working across drilling campaigns, LNG facilities, offshore exploration programs, and major pipeline projects.
I founded ROC Advice because I kept seeing the same problem: safety systems built for auditors, not for the people doing the work. My approach is different — I cut the layers, focus on critical risks, and build practical systems that crews actually believe in and use every day.
Based in Brisbane, I work with operators and contractors across Australia — embedded in your project when you need it, not a distant consultant sending reports from the office.
