Why ROC Advice exists
Craig has spent more than 15 years in HSE across Australia's energy sector: shutdowns and turnarounds, drilling, production, commissioning and decommissioning.
He started ROC Advice after seeing the same pattern on project after project: safety systems built to satisfy auditors rather than to help the people doing the work. The fix is rarely more paperwork. It's cutting the layers, focusing on the critical risks, and verifying the controls in the field.
ROC Advice is a partner of the Centre of Decommissioning Australia (CODA).

More than 15 years in HSE roles across Australian energy, on site and in project teams.
- Shutdown HSE Lead, LNG train shutdown, Queensland. HAZID revalidation and shutdown HSE planning, 2025 to now.
- Shutdown HSE Lead, gas plant turnaround, Western Australia. Frontline HSE support through planning and execution, 2026.
- Offshore drilling HSE coordinator, exploration program under NOPSEMA. Safety case, contractor and rig, marine and aviation assurance, 2024 to 2025.
- Earlier roles across drilling, production, pipelines, commissioning and decommissioning.
